At CityToursMKE, we’re focused on your health & safety. We follow all Covid-19 guidelines from the City of Milwaukee. We disinfect our cruisers after every tour and hand sanitizer is readily available. Summer tours enjoy our open-air cruiser for everyone’s comfort, safety, and fun!
For all group tours, we are happy to reschedule you to a different tour time, but there are no refunds for cancelations. If you do purchase our travel insurance, we allow cancellations up to 24 hours. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
If you need to cancel your private tour, please contact us as early as possible. For private groups that cancel two weeks in advance, we can offer a 50% refund with the purchase of our Travel Insurance. Any cancelations for private groups made up to one week prior to the tour date are non-refundable.
If you need to make a change, we understand that things come up and we’re happy to reschedule you on another tour. Please get in touch no less than 24 hours in advance of your booking to request an alternative time and/or date.
In the case of inclement weather, we have doors for our cruisers on rainy days, so we operate rain or shine. We will not operate in snow or in negative temperatures, however. We will be happy to reschedule you should we need to cancel due to weather conditions.
We can’t wait for you to jump into our cruisers for some MKE fun! For everyone’s safety, please note that while we do allow drinks, we ask that you not bring any glass please. We don’t allow food on board, but you’ll have chances to grab snacks or sample different treats during stops.
Children aged 5 and under are more than welcome and to join our tours for a small fee as long as they are taking a lap seat. If you do not wish to have your child in your lap, please purchase a seat for them.
