Cancellation, Refunds & Weather Policy

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All tours and services are non-refundable once booked.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, illness, scheduling conflicts, changes in plans, or weather conditions unless the Guest has purchased the Travel Guarantee at the time of booking.

What is the Travel Guarantee?

The optional Travel Guarantee allows Guests to cancel their tour up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.

  • Guests who purchase the Travel Guarantee will receive a refund of the tour cost, less the cost of the Travel Guarantee, which is non-refundable.
  • The Travel Guarantee must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • The Travel Guarantee applies only to services provided by City Tours MKE and does not cover third-party costs unless expressly stated in writing.

What if it rains or snows?

Tours operate rain or shine. Guests should dress appropriately for the weather.

Refunds or cancellations will not be issued due to rain, snow, cold, heat, or other typical weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather that makes travel unsafe, such as a blizzard, City Tours MKE reserves the sole discretion to reschedule the tour for the safety of all guests.

Acknowledgment

By booking a tour, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to all Cancellation, Refund, Weather, and Travel Guarantee terms as outlined above.
