Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Promoter is City Tours MKE LLC
The competition is open to residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
This is a Facebook/Instagram/Website competition.
To submit a valid entry is by the following:
1. Registering for the competition
2. Completing all fields with valid details
3. Answering the competition questions
  1. Bachelor/Bachelorette outing estimated date?
  2. When is the wedding?
  3. Do you plan to come to MKE in 2023?
  4. By reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
  5. By agreeing to hear from City Tours MKE LLC
The prize is a 3-hour bus rental in our 15-passenger party bus with City Tours MKE LLC.
Winners cannot split times, bus rental must be used in a consecutive time frame.
The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability on the required dates.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other person unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winners accept the conditions of use of that prize.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date for entry will be March 15, 2023, at 11:59 pm Central Standard Time. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or suspend the competition. The winner must redeem within the year 2023
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
The winners will be notified by email and announced on social media. It is requested to confirm their details and will only ever be contacted by the Promoter.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Prizes will be announced in April 2023.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Blackout dates include June 15, 2023, through August 15, 2023, and December 15, 2023, through January 6, 2024.
By entering the competition, you are indicating your consent to having your name and photo included in a winner announcement. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
