City Tours MKE began with haunted history, and this is the tour that started it all.
Spend two hours exploring Milwaukee’s paranormal side as your guide shares ghost stories and urban legends connected with some of the city’s most intriguing locations. You’ll get off the bus at selected stops, including a park that feels rather different after nightfall, and learn how to use ghost meters and divining rods along the way.
It’s spooky without being an adults-only scare fest, making this the better choice for families, mixed-age groups and larger organizations looking for a Halloween outing everyone can join.

City Tours MKE didn’t add a ghost tour because Halloween became fashionable. Haunted History is where the company began.
Founder Meghan started leading Milwaukee Haunted History Tours as a hobby in 2013. Interest grew, new tours followed and City Tours MKE developed into the Milwaukee tour company it is today. More than a decade later, the Haunted History City Tour remains one of its signature experiences.
Our guides know Milwaukee and enjoy sharing the stories that don’t always make it into the guidebooks. Smaller groups can travel aboard our emissions-free electric cruisers, while buses allow us to bring the experience to much larger groups.
